Mojito Cupcakes

I made Cream Puffs in Venice's Mojito Cupcakes for a school PTO function. The cake was delicious and so was the frosting. The rum, mint glaze was okay. I am not a big rum cake fan so I reduced the amount of rum syrup I put on the cupcakes (I cut the recipe in half). The macadamia nut brittle was a big hit. The cupcakes may not have received rave reviews because someone brought cupcakes from a bakeshop where the flavors were simple and powdered sugar sweet compared to the complexity of the mojito cupcake.
