2 cups ap flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
8 Tbs butter softened
2 large room temperature eggs
1 1/2 cups of very ripe bananas mashed
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 F
Grease an 8x8 square cake pan
Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Beat the sugar and butter together in a large bowl or mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time until incorporated.
Scrape down bowl.
Beat in the bananas, milk and vanilla.
Mix in flour mixture until just combined.
Bake for 55 to 65 minutes until a toothpick comes out with few crumbs.
Cool on wire rack.

Thanks, I may use this one. I always have leftover bananas. Wade eats only green to just rippened and the boys don't like them at all!
