These cookies were rich and super chocolatey. I used 85% Lindt Excellence which amped up the chocolate factor. Wait, that is what they were all about - chocolate. They were so rich that they did not get eaten all up before they went stale which is not normal around this house. If I make these again, I would portion out the dough and freeze for use later. As soon as I find where I found this recipe, I will post it.
