Jucy Lucy Burger

This is my second try at the Jucy Lucy. A burger with cheese baked in the middle. They are very thick, moist and delicious but I keep having an issue with the cheese blowing out on the grill. I packed meat around the cheese and then meat around the cheese covered meat and still have some cheese loss.
