These are supposed to be bars but I ended up using my springform pan so I could take them out easily for cutting (now that I think about it, I could have lined my square pan with parchment and lifted out that way). I used a combination of two recipes opting for one with more eggs and cream cheese. The final product had a lovely firm cookie style crust and a tall cheesecake on top. Not exactly a bar and not exactly a cake but you could eat it without a fork. Topped with chocolate ganache.
